Meet Joanne Harding
Joanne Harding is the founder and director of Workforce Window Ltd and has 35 years' experience in HR. Before setting up Workforce Window in 2004, she worked as an HR Manager in both the public and private sectors.
She started the business to make sure SMEs, GP practices and other organisations that can't afford, or don't need, a whole HR team can still get expert, practical HR support. Today she works with SMEs, GP practices, private healthcare and childcare providers across the UK, alongside a small network of trusted associates for specialist areas such as Mental Health First Aid.
Joanne is an Associate Member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) and is passionate about providing an excellent, responsive and trustworthy service to every client.
