Why organisations outsource their HR to us
Joanne Harding set up Workforce Window in 2004 so that SMEs, GP practices and other organisations that can't afford, or don't need, a whole HR team can still get experienced HR support. Our aim is to give every client an excellent, responsive and trustworthy service.
Who you will work with
You work directly with Joanne Harding, who has 35 years' experience in HR. Before setting up Workforce Window she was an HR Manager in both the public and private sectors. She is an Associate Member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) and works with a small network of trusted associates for specialist areas such as occupational health, training and energy consultancy. Joanne and most of our associates work from home near Chichester, so we support most clients remotely, and in person where needed.

Larger projects can also be priced at a day rate of around £600 to £1,200 plus VAT.
